We believe that God has given us certain special opportunities and responsibilities. Our vision is to see Grosvenor strengthened in particular as:-

1. A Church-planting church, thanking God for enabling us to plant one church (see www.ballycullencc.org) and seeking His guidance as we consider the next move;

2. A Training church, with Ministry Training established with more people and especially Irish national pastor-teachers, trained and sent out;

3. A Missionary church, sending out and supporting missionaries within Ireland and overseas;

4. A Family church, offering children's activities;

5. A Young people's church, with a programme tailored to the needs of youth;

6. A Student church, which welcomes students and encourages them in their life and witness on campus especially through the Christian Unions.
